One City, Always
Every one of our thirty-six projects is in Pune. We have never built anywhere else, and we are still reachable at the same address.
Our Story
Geeta Builders began in Pune in 1986 and handed over its first homes at Roshni Apartments in 1987. Every project since has been in the same city — Pimpri, Chinchwad, Bhosari, Charholi. Thirty-six of them.
We are not a national developer with a Pune office. The buildings we put up in the nineties are still standing, still occupied, and the families in them can still find us.
